Payment and Shipping: 

I ship by USPS Priority Mail within a few days of your confirmed payment. I accept payment by paypal or money order. Because each of these boutique style items is unique and can not be reproduced, I encourage the buyer to pay for shipping insurance. Paypal payments should be made to  cathe@gloryquilts.com .

Shipping within the United States is $6 and includes the cost of delivery confirmation. I expect payment within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you buy more than one item at a time from me, I can usually combine things to save you money on the shipping. I can often combine shipping with HopeChest group member Swedehearts, also.

If you live outside of the United States or would like your package shipped through a different carrier, it will probably cost more. Please email me before bidding if you have questions.

 

Problems:

I want you to be very happy with your purchase, so I put as much detail as possible into my auction listings. For clothing items, the measurements given are finished garment measurements. Please measure your child or yourself carefully before bidding, remembering to allow for ease of movement and comfort. If the item is not what you expected or if you are not satisfied for some other reason, please email me right  away so we can resolve the problem.

 

Custom projects:

For custom items, please allow the sewing time specified in the auction listing. I will start work on your project as soon as payment is received and cleared, but these special items (especially the quilts) usually take a while to create! If you are ordering a custom-made garment, you will receive an email explaining just what measurements are needed and asking questions that will help me make the item just perfect for you! Sometimes I have more questions while working on your project, and I will email you then and appreciate your prompt response. 

 

The Hope Chest Collection

Sometimes eBay sellers form "groups" for accountability and to help promote our auction listings. It is a big commitment to join such a group, but I am extremely pleased with the small group that I am a proud member of. We are all committed to excellence in workmanship and integrity in commerce. We have personally inspected one another's work, been satisfied business associates off eBay through our websites, and have become close e-friends over the past several years, so we can provide good references for each other!

To aid you in your search for delightful and high quality items on eBay, we list our auctions so you can just search for "HopeChest" in the titles. We are planning some fun "theme" listings in the upcoming months, so remember to search for HopeChest.
