| Quiltmaking is the perfect venue for social interaction. While
the hands are occupied, the eyes and ears and hearts are open. A
woman can learn to sew and quilt anywhere, but Glory Quilts events are
more than classes. The conversation is lively, interesting and
encouraging. Each participant is made to feel comfortable and
confident, with enough challenge to stimulate their creativity. In the
retreat setting or workshop format, unlike shorter classes, there are
opportunities for building and strengthening relationships. |
